Please view our Refund Policy (Click For Downloadable Version):The policy is necessary to limit the number of changes once teams are formed and reduce the undue
burden on coaches and other families.
Refunds or partial refunds will not be considered for the following reasons:
● Games or practices canceled due to weather
● A Player decides not to play after placement/selection to a team.
● A Player decides to play for a different program
All refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
Before March 1st:
● If requested within 7 calendar days of registration, all fees will be refunded less the processing
fee
● If requested after 7 calendar days of registration, 50% of fees will be refunded less the processing
fee
On or After March 1st:
● No Refunds, however, these special cases will be considered:
○ A player was placed on the waiting list and we are unable to find a roster spot for them, a
full refund will be issued.
○ SHLL-related injury, the refund will be prorated according to the remaining number of
regular-season games left on the player’s schedule.
○ Global Issue (i.e. financial depression/recession, health pandemic, world war, etc...)
Additional special cases can submit a written appeal to the Board and the Board will have 7 business
days to reply to your request.
All refund requests must be made in writing, by means of email to SHLL’s Board Treasurer and President
at

[email protected]. The email should include the following
information:
● Reason for request
○ Include medical documentation
● SHLL Username
● Player(s)’ Name, Date of Birth, Division
● Parent(s)’ Name, Mobile Number, Home mailing address
